Teen Design Contest: “We’re Talking About It”

Maria’s Voice, with support from the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation and community sponsors, invites teens to enter the first-ever “We’re Talking About It” Teen Design Contest—a creative opportunity to promote safe, healthy relationships.
❋ About the ContestTeens may participate individually or in teams. Submissions must be a 2-sided, 4” x 6” design using text sourced from real teens. Judging criteria: Creativity • Clarity • Teen appeal • Effective visuals • Cohesion
❋ Submission GuidelinesCreate a 2-sided, 4” x 6” resource promoting healthy teen relationships.
• Any medium: hand-drawn, painted, digital, Canva, etc.
• Use text provided by Maria’s Voice (pg. 2); minor edits need approval.
• Graphics/icons encouraged; no images of fear or terror.
• Submit entries to Angie@MariasVoice.org with participant names, school, and a contact.
• All entries become the property of Maria’s Voice.

• Winners Notified: February 2026
• Awards: March 4, 2026 • 8–9 AM Rush Creek Golf Course (winner or representative must attend)
